These terms govern use of the Collapse Cartel website and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security, misuse the site, submit false information, violate intellectual property rights, or use the store to harm another person or organization.

Products and descriptions

We try to display products, colors, measurements, and descriptions accurately. Screens and production methods vary, so minor differences may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, availability, payment problems, or legal restrictions. Charges, taxes, and shipping costs are shown before checkout when applicable.

Print-on-demand fulfillment

Products are made after ordering by third-party fulfillment providers. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Returns and problems

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and delivery issues are governed by the Returns and Replacements and Shipping and Delivery policies.

Intellectual property

The store’s original artwork, branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Collapse Cartel or used with permission. Store access does not grant a license to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit that content.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and other third parties. Their services, links, and tools may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties not expressly stated, and Collapse Cartel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law and contact
