Shipping and Delivery

Production

Collapse Cartel products are printed to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery timing is shown during checkout and may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume.

Shipping rates

U.S. orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available rates and delivery estimates for other orders are shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Multiple packages

Items may be fulfilled from different facilities and can arrive separately. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split after purchase.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves production. If tracking has stopped updating or the estimated delivery window has passed, email westwoodmoves@gmail.com with your order number.
